Shipping Policy - Marker Marketplace

Overview
Thank you for shopping with Marker Marketplace. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, carriers, and related procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 - 10 business days of payment confirmation and design proof acceptance for customized orders. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a
shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping Carriers
Marker Marketplace ships exclusively via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS
(United Parcel Service). The carrier used for your order will be selected based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Marker Marketplace ships to addresses within the continental United States,
Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS where applicable. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; orders requiring UPS delivery must have a physical street address.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated transit times begin once the order has been picked up by the carrier and do not include the processing period. Typical transit times are:
- USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days (depending on destination zone)
- UPS 2nd Day Air / Priority services: As selected at checkout
Total estimated delivery time = processing time (3–10 business days) + carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Marker Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website:

- UPS: https://www.ups.com/track
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, Marker Marketplace is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly to open a trace or claim.
- Reach out to us at service@hrengraving.com so we can assist in filing a claim on your behalf.
Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date and should include photos of the damaged packaging and items.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Marker Marketplace is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at service@hrengraving.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the processing queue.
Order Confirmation & Proof of Purchase
All customers receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped. These emails serve as proof of purchase and proof of shipment. Marker Marketplace retains records of all transactions, including order details, payment confirmation, and carrier tracking data.
