All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we sell.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments, as well as any additional payment methods available at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions - is the property of Marker Marketplace or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Marker Marketplace does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marker Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.

3. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment

At Marker Marketplace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code (final sale, unless defective)

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing original packaging

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@hrengraving.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email service@hrengraving.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable method.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

We recommend using USPS or UPS with tracking. Marker Marketplace is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the request is made before the order has entered the processing/shipping queue. Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may return the item after delivery per the policy above.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly at service@hrengraving.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. We maintain full records of all orders, shipping confirmations, and carrier tracking data. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
