From Engraving House to Garden

Hi, I'm Beth Parsons, owner and engraver behind Marker Marketplace. I'm a hosta collector, and during the pandemic I branched out into harder-to-find varieties worth keeping track of. I went looking for a nicer, permanent tag to go with them and couldn't find anything on the market that fit the bill - so I turned to my own skill as an engraver and made my own. The rest is history.

Marker Marketplace grew from that love of plants and a specialty in metalwork. As a division of Highland Rim Engraving, established in 2015, our roots are in precision engraving on metal, crystal, and other high-value materials. Years spent working with materials meant to endure taught us something important: the material, the method, and the details all matter.

Marker Marketplace brings that experience into the garden. We combine commercial-grade materials and precision marking technology with the care and attention to detail of a small, owner-operated business, creating thoughtfully designed markers and plaques for gardens, landscapes, botanical collections, and the plants worth remembering.
