Because every item we create is made to order and custom-engraved specifically for you, all sales are final once a proof has been approved. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds on personalized items after approval, as each piece is uniquely crafted for your order.
Before Proof Approval: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before engraving begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@hrengraving.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right - whether that's a reprint or a refund, we've got you covered.
